Thomas died on 18 Dec 1933 in Chicago aged 5.^[3]

Research Notes

His birth certificate gives his middle name as "Ralph", but since it also gives his father a middle name of "Ralph", which we know to be incorrect, I suspect sloppiness at the clerk's office. -- Díaz-2569 06:21, 14 February 2022 (UTC)
