Biography

Casper was born in 1649. He married the daughter of Johan "Hans" Schrøder von Løvenhielm (1627- 1699), from Mecklenburg and a nobility and general during the Thirty-year war. Casper bought Hovinsholm from his father-in-law in 1686. Shortly after, the whole estate burned down and was rebuild.

Casper was born in 1649 in til Vejrup, Selleberg og Hindemae. He was the son of Johan Brockenhuus and Anna (Rantzau) von Rantzau.

Casper died at the age of about 64 on 10 April 1713 in Hovindsholm, Eide, Norge.

Casper was buried after 10 April 1713 in Nes kirke, Hedmark.

On an unknown date Casper was employed as a Generalmajor (Hæren) in Vejrupgaard Gods, Marslev, Odense.
