William Britton was born in Ireland.

William Britton was born in Drumkerran Parish Fermanagh.[1]

Migrated from Dumcairn, County Fermanagh, Ireland to the Colony of New South Wales with his wife Mary and sons, Thomas (12), twins William (8), Barnet (8) Patricl (2) and daughter Ellen (7) on the Susan arriving on 10 March 1839. [2] Another son Charles. was born in the Colony of New South Wales.[3][4][5][6]

William was recorded as a Publican at Willow Tree on 17 April 1860.[7]

He died at Willow Tree, in the Colony of New South Wales in 1881.[8][9]
