On 2 November 1943 Colin Munro Bridger, born 20 Aug 1922 at Essendon, enlisted with the Australian Army, service number VX142936. Next of kin, Bessie Bridger. He served as a Sapper with the 1st Australian Port Construction Company, RAE. He was discharged on 1 February 1946. [1]
Lesley Margaret Woods married Colin Munro Bridger in Victoria in 1947. [2]
In 1954 Colin Munro Bridger (Painter) and Lesley Margaret Bridger (Packer) lived in Nimmo St, Essendon West, Victoria. [3]
He passed on 3 September 1992 and was Cremated at Fawkner Memorial Park on 8 September 1992, ashes collected. [4]
