Beatrice Aimee Bridger was born in 1863 in Brighton, Sussex, England, United Kingdom. She was the daughter of Colonel Charles Bridger. [1]
Beatrice married South Australian-born solicitor Frederick Dutton in 1883 in Croydon, Surrey. [2] and took up residence at Birch Hall, Windlesham, Surrey.
Beatrice was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE).
When Frederick was knighted in 1921 for his lifetime's work with the Royal Colonial Institute, Beatrice became entitled as Lady Dutton.
Aged 65 years, she passed away on 1st August 1928 in Brighton. [3] She was survived by Frederick, who passed two years later.
