When Benjamin Brewster was born in 1834, in Tazewell, Virginia, United States, his father, Andrew Peery Brewster, was 26 and his mother, Mary "Polly" Pruett, was 26.[1]
He married Louisa Jane Marrs on 19 February 1852, in Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[2]
They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 3 daughters:
- Reese Benjamin Brewster-1855–1929[3]
- Ira Jackson Brewster-1857–1929[4]
- Martha J. Brewster-1858–1900
- Margaret Helen Brewster-1865–1931[5]
- Mary Brewster-1863–1914[6]
In 1860, Benjamin lived in Eastern District, Tazewell, Virginia, United States with Louisa and four (4) children.[7]
He died about 1865, at the age of 30 during the Civil War conflict.[8]
