Biography
Caspar Bross was born 24 March 1696 at Spielberg, Altensteig, Wuerttemberg, Germany, died there 16 March 1778, son of Adam Bross (1657-1730) and Anna Maria Dressle (1660-1735); married 16 Feb 1723 to Barbara Theurer, born 22 July 1696 at Egenhausen, Nagold, Württemberg, Germany died 5 February 1753 at Spielberg, Nagold, Württemberg, Germany, daughter of Jakob Theurer (1654-1732) and Anna Maria (Buerlin) Theurer (1659-1699); they raised a family together;[1] married 2nd to Anna Maria, b. 1701, wid. of Christian Pfaff, no children from this marriage.

- Jakob Bross, b. 16 Feb 1723 at Egenhausen, died 16 September 1723.
- Hans Adam Bross, b. 9 July 1724 in Egenhausen, died 29 December 1724.
- Anna Maria Bross, b .27 Nov 1725 in Spielberg, died 25 June 1761 at Lengenloch, Schwarzwald, Wuerttemberg; married Johann Martin Calmbach (1712-1764).
- Barbara Bross, b. 21 March 1729 at Spielberg, died 1 May 1732.
- Eva Bross, b. 23 December 1732 in Spielberg.
- Johann Adam Bross, b. 15 Oct 1737 at Egenhausen, died in 1807; married Elizabeth Frey (1739-1806).
