Ronald Claude Bredesen was born on 19 November 1921 in New Zealand, son of Samuel Soren Bredesen (1893–1931) and Elsie May Neal (1898–1989).[1]
Ronald served during World War II in N-force, 3rd New Zealand Division of the New Zealand Army. He was awarded the War Medal 1939-1945 and the New Zealand War Service Medal.[2]Ronald married Dorothy Hazel McKeeman (FamilySearch Profile)[3] in 1961.
Ronald died on 5 June 2002 in New Zealand, aged 80.[4] He was buried in Ngaruawahia Cemetery, Ngāruawāhia, Waikato District, Waikato.[5]
