He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah and works as a carpet layer for PW Madsen Furniture Company. He states that he has a wife and four children. He also claimed a relative exemption from this draft. His physical description is medium height, slender build, with gray eyes and dark brown hair.[15]
On 28 November 1919, Holton and Victoria welcome their fifth child, NameWilliam H. "Billy" Brashear in Salt Lake City, Utah.[16]

On 11 August 1934, Holton's son "Billy" dies at age 14 of a "crushing in of chest" from an automobile and/or bicycle accident as shown on his Death Certificate. William was buried at Inglewood Memorial Park on 15 August 1934.[16]

On 25 April 1942, 53-year-old Holton registers for the World War II Draft. He lives in Long Beach, California. He is described as 5'4" tall, 120 pounds, with gray eyes, gray hair, and a light complexion. He also indicates that his ears look upside down.[21]
On 31 October 1947, Holton's son Edwin dies at age 36. His cause of death is unreadable on his Death Certificate.[13]
On 26 January 1948, Holton's wife Victoria passes away at age 60 in County Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, Los Angeles, California. Her cause of death is "Laennec's cirrhosis of Liver" due to heavy drinking as shown on her Death Certificate.[22]
62-year-old Holton lived in Long Beach, California at the 1950 Census. He works as a hotel janitor.[23]
On 23 June 1952, Holton's daughter Ruby passes away at age 38 in St. Mary's Hospital in Long Beach, California. Her Death Certificate does not indicate a cause of death.[14]
On 8 April 1963, Holton passes away at age 76 in Los Angeles, California.[24][25][26] He is buried at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, California.[27]
