Fiona (Braithwaite) Carter is a part of US Black heritage.

Fiona Braithwaite was born in 1906. She was the daughter of William Braithwaite and Emma Kelly.^[1]

In 1927, she married Merrill Carter.^[2]

She died in 1990.^[3]
