Biography
Haverstock Hodsoll Bowman was born on March 20, 1833, son of James Venn Bowman and Eliza Mary Hodsoll. Haverstock Hodsoll was baptised on September 18, 1837 at St Pancras Old Church, Saint Pancras, London, England.[1]
In the 1841 census Haverstock (age 8) was in Bushey, Hertfordshire, England.[2]

Haverstock Hoasett (age 40), son of James Jessie Bowman, married Adelaide Rourdon Hayley on December 30, 1873 in St Peter, Jersey.[4] Together they had one child before his death, Harriet Haverstock Bowman.
Haverstock Hodsoll died on August 24, 1880 in Galle, Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and his estate passed probate on August 24, 1881 in England, United Kingdom.[5]
Haverstock Hodsoll's only daughter Harriet Haverstock Bowman married Clifford John Cohn on November 22, 1913 in Bombay Presidency, India.[6]
