Zachariah Bowles was a Tennessean.

1860 - living with his brother Elijah's family in Johnson County. Age 16, farmer.[1]

Zachariah enlisted on August 22, 1862 in Reynoldsburg, and was mustered in on October 29 and Camp Butler. He was 18, married, a farmer, and lived in Williamson County. He was mustered out on July 25, 1865 at Memphis, Tennessee.[2]
