Birth
Saartje Bouman was baptized on July 20, 1721 in Veenendaal, Utrecht. She was the daughter of Theunis Bouwman and Engelje Slock. The baptism record notes she was 'born on stream'.[1]
Marriage
Saartje married Willem van Manen, a soldier in the regiment of Heer Kol. Croije, on February 13, 1746 in Veenendaal, Utrecht.[2] They had 9 children, born in Veenendaal:
