Ada was born in 1882. ^[1]

She was the daughter of Joseph Boulton and Eliza Hopkins.

She and her mother travelled to England and back to New Zealand in 1894. ^[2]

In 1905 she married Walter Guise Smith.

She passed away in 1963. ^[3]
