Biography

William Bottom was born circa 1692, in Henrico county, Virginia, a son of John Bottom, 1662-1710 and Elizabeth Newton. William married Hannah Hardwood, a daughter of Joseph Hardwood Harwood-228 and Agnes Cocke. William died July 6, 1789, in Henrico county, Virginia ^[1]

William Bottom is found in the Marriage Records of his daughter, Martha Bottom, who married Josiah Seat in February, 1791, in Sussex county, Virginia. ^[2]
