Elias from the Sir Robert Peel ship was admitted to the New Town Charitable Institution on 30 Oct 1918 and passed away on 04 Jul 1919. He had been living in the district of Forest where his son James Boss also resided. Here is the link to his record https://libraries.tas.gov.au/Digital/HSD274-1-1_06B#
The Elias Boss who was the convict on the ship Sir Robert Peel was from Acle, Norfolk, England. On his convict records it mentions Heckley - half way between Norwich and Yarmouth. Because of language accents I believe this is Acle.
His records also mention sisters Lavina?, Vashti?, Taylorania?, Franpert? and Gipties. Again this would be as they sound with a Norfolk accent.
There is no mention of parents on the convict records.
