Biography
Christopher was born in 1907. He is the son of Albyn Bolt and Ethel Martin.[1]
UK Census Dated 1911: Recorded in the household of his grandparents George and Lucy Anna Bolt, along with his parents and two brothers in Drewsteignton, Devonshire, England. Aged 3.
Christopher served in the 2nd World War with the Royal Navy as a Stoker, 1st Class on the HMS Courageous. Sadly he lost his life when the ship was torpedoed by a U-boat. He was 31 years of age.[2]
He is Commemorated at the Plymouth Naval Memorial in Devon, United Kingdom. Cemetery/memorial reference: Panel 34, Column 2.
