Allan was born in 1919. He was the son of Edgar Boase and Ada Mortimer.
On 6 March 1943 Alan Frank Boase, born on 9 April 1919 at Goomalling, Western Australia, enlisted with the Australian Army, Service Number WX36841. Next of kin, Edgar Boase. He served as a Gunner with the 5th Australian Heavy A.A. Battery until his discharge on 28 May 1945. [1][2]
He passed away in 1987 and was interred at the Fremantle Cemetery, Crematorium N-Garden 5-0040.[3]
