Biography
Charles was born in 1896. He was the son of Victor Bloxham and Hannah Stamp. He was living with his mother, siblings and grandmother at Station Road, Stoke Dabernon, Surrey, England in 1901[1] He was living in Woolwich, London, England and At Drill in 1911[2] He married Marie Martin in Epsom, Surrey, England in 1920[3] He was the father of one child. He was awarded his M.B.E in 1853. He passed away in 1954[4] He was laid to rest at Cobham Cemetery[5]
