Birth

Pauline Anna Blongy (aka Polly) was born 16 August 1859 at Essex, Essex County, New York. Her parents were Julius Blongy and Harriet Monty.

Baptism

The Following information came from a book "The Descendents of Jean Monty" by Jeanne R. Monty (2 Vols.) pp. 362, 363.

"Martha Jane Blungy was baptized in the Catholic Church under the name Marie Jeanne Belanger on the very day of her marriage, along with her three siblings, Lucy, Charles and Pauline, Sept. 22, 1870, Keeseville, New York."

This book also says about Pauline (pg 363)... "BLUNGY, Pauline / Polly, b. & bp. 1861? & 22 Sep. 1870, Essex, NY & Keeseville, NY. Polly Blungy was a 4-year-old child living with her parents in Essex, NY, in 1865 (state census). She was baptized at the age of 9 as Pauline Belanger."

Marriage

Pauline Anna Blongy married Adolphus Fredette around 1875. Together the couple had five children.

Pauline Anna Blongy died 4 August 1916 at Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont. She is buried next to her husband Adolphus at Lakeview Cemetery, Burlington, Chittenden County, Vermont. Both of their graves are unmarked.
