Johann Michael Bley was born at Climbach, in 1705, son of Michael Bley and Margaretha Trautmann, married Maria Magdalena Klein in 1732 and died at Climbach in 1776.

Infans Natus die 5tn hiuj. English Translation: Climbach, February 8, Johann Michael is baptized. Parents are Johann Michael Bley and his wife Anna Margaretha. Sponsors are Conrad Frey and widow Anna Catherina Eyler. The child was born fifth day of present month. Marriage to Maria Magdalena Klein, daughter of Johann Georg Klein of Retschweiler (now Retschwiller), January, 1732. Listed just below marriage of his brother Johann Jacob. [1]
Death and Burial: [German text] Freytag der 20tn Xbris nach mittags um 3 Uhr starb an ein Fluss und fetzigheit, Johann Michael Bley gwesenene burger zu Climbach welches der 22 ejudem beerdiget werden. Seines Altes 72 Jahre wenige 6 monath und 5 Tage. English translation: Friday the 20th of December, about 3 hours past noon, from a flux and (ailment?), died Johann Michael Bley, long time citizen of Climbach, who on the 22 of said month was buried. His age 72 years, less six months and 5 days. [2]
