Biography
Victor Joseph Blaxter was born in 1903 in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, son of Joseph Henry John Blaxter (1871 - 1941) and Isabella (Steele) Blaxter (1872 - 1955).[1]
His sister was Violet Claudia (Blaxter) Duncan (1897 - 1991).
Victor married Ethel Kate Richardson in Dapto, NSW 1926[2]
Victor died in 1964 in Bankstown, New South Wales aged ~61.[3]
