Biography
Cornelius was born in 1775. He was the son of John Blackwell and Sarah Cole.
On 7 August 1796 Cornelius married Sarah Winning in Brimpsfield. It was noted he was from Avening. Joseph Winning was a witness. [1]
In 1851 Cornelius and Sarah were living in Avening with sister MA Latham. He was a retired Clothier. [2]
He passed away in 1854 aged 79. [3]
