Elisha was born 23 September 1699 in Little Compton, Newport County, Colony of Rhode Island. His parents were Joseph Blackman and Elizabeth Church.[1]
Elisha Blackman died about 1767, probably in Lebanon, New London, Connecticut. There is no record of his death in Connecticut records.[2]
