Biography

Mary Ada Birkin was born 29 March 1877 in Deniliquin, New South Wales. She was the daughter of William Birkin & Mary Ann Fletcher.

In 1945 the sisters Alice, Mary, Rosamond & Bessie extended a conditional lease for their parents estate.^[1]

In 1953 they settled ownership of the property.^[2]

Mary lived at Fairview all her life and never married.

Mary died on 31 December 1970 and is buried at Altona Memorial Park.^[3][4]
