Biography
Martha Billcliff was baptised in Penistone on 28 Dec 1766, she was the daughter of John Billcliff. [1]
She married John Wainwright (her name also spelled as Biltcliffe) in Penistone on 11 June 1789 [2]. The marriage witnesses were James Dickinson and Richard Wainwright.
Martha, the wife of John Wainwright was buried in Penistone on 8 May 1806. Her birth date was stated to be 8 May 1765, but there does not seem to be anything in the register to confirm this. [3]
