Earl Biggers is Notable.
Earl Derr Biggers was born in Warren, Ohio on 26 August 1884. He is known for his novels, primarily those which featured his Chinese American police detective character, Charlie Chan, from which popular films were made in both the United States and China. He died in Pasadena, California on 5 April 1933.
