Norley Frank Bickley Jr. was born on 10 January 1931 in Goose Creek, Harris County, Texas. [1] He was the son of Norley Frank Bickley Sr. and Minnie Pearl Vick. [2] He married Novell Cooke on 07 February 1950 in Harris County, Texas. They divorced 12 January 1971 in Harris County, Texas. [3] He married Mary Louise Harrison He passed away on 17 December 1992 in Highlands, Harris County, Texas. He was interred in Sterling White Chapel and Cemetery, Highlands, Harris County, Texas. [1]
