Hannah was baptised at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 28th June 1807.[1] She was the daughter of Benjamin Berry and Mary Whetherston.
Marriage
James Merry and Hannah Berry were married after banns at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough, Oxfordshire on 25th December 1826.[2] They were bachelor and spinster. James was living in Eynsham whilst Hannah was from Hanborough. Neither could write so they both made their mark on the register with a cross. The witnesses to the marriage were Maryann Berry, John Berry and Martha Berry.
