Biography

Pizar Bernstein, known as Philip, was born on 28 June 1903 at St George-in-the-East, London. He was the son of Elizabeth (Iglitzki) Bernstein and Maurice Bernstein.^[1][2][3]

He married Lilian Alma De Kuyper in 1927 in Victoria.^[4]

Philip Bernstein died on 21 October 1956 in South Yarra, aged 53.^[3][5] His funeral was held on 24 October 1956 at Springvale Botanical Cemetery.^[2]
