Biography

Laodice Bernard is a part of US Black heritage.

Laodice Bernard was born in 1894. He was the son of Narcisse Bernard and Marie Jean-Batiste.^[1]

In 1914, he married Althea Charles.^[1]

He served in the U.S. Army during WWI.^[2]

He died in 1966.^[3][4]
