In the 1880 census Francis (age 8) was the daughter of Fannie Bergin in Liberty, Florida, United States.^[1]

Research Notes

This may be the same Francis: In the 1885 census Francis Burgen (age 12) was the great niece of Speaker William in District 9, Gadsden. Her sister Rebecca Burgen was living in the household as well.^[2]

In the 1900 census Francis (age 36), Farm Laborer, was the wife of Solomon Williams in Quincy, Gadsden, Florida. her sister Rebecca Burgin was living with them.^[3]
