In the 1885 census Francis Burgen (age 12) was the great niece of Speaker William in District 9, Gadsden. Her sister Rebecca Burgen was living in the household as well.[2]
In the 1900 census Francis (age 36), Farm Laborer, was the wife of Solomon Williams in Quincy, Gadsden, Florida. her sister Rebecca Burgin was living with them.[3]
