great these are merged also :) But guess now her last name should be changed in van Marle ,which is LNAB ,father is also known by this last name already ,or ,if you want to stay with patronym for LNAB it should be Berents (see regest txt Bio) not Berendse
Van Marle-5 and Berendse-3 appear to represent the same person, see: Bio ,if possible, merge Berendse-3 into Van Marle -5 ,Maritgen Berents van Marle and Marricken Berents are the same ,and this was second marriage for Henricus Hegeman (first marriage was a NN wife)
Van Marle-4 and Berendse-3 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. These matches have been reviewed by the New Netherland Settlers Merge Approval System, and the "Green" destination NNS profile is protected as PPP, and the "Merge Pending" profile is now ready and able to be merged into it. I saved the data to the bios. Thanks!
Van Marle-1 and Berendse-3 appear to represent the same person because: they were in an unmerged match & the New Netherland Settlers Approval System (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:New_Netherland_Settlers_-_Approval_System) now has them marked "Green" (NNS Category) and "Orange" (Merge Pending), indicating that the two are ready to be merged. Thanks!
I see that we had earlier merged away a series of Berendse profiles into this Van_Marle-1. However, this was before we fully understood the importance of the patronymic.
We have one remaining Berendse profile match, which also happens to be the lowest number of the series.
I believe now that Berendse-3 should be the final surviving NNS profile. My reasons are:
1) most matches were exactly that patronymic
2) Berendse is ok as a patronymic
So, unless there is any major objection here, I will finalize this for merge into Berendse-3 by the deadline of one week, Thurs. June 5, 2014.
