• Mrs. Margaret Bennett died at her home in Madison township, December 9th, at six o'clock, pm after a long illness. Death was due to old age. She was 83 years of age. Five children are living: T. J., who lives in the East End; Joseph, who lives in Pike county; Raleigh E., in the East End; Mrs. Mary Pool, wife of Titus Pool, and Ann, wife of Joshua Swartz. Her husband, Thomas Bennett, died fourteen years ago. The funeral will be held December llth, at 10 a. m.
