George was born on 26th April 1821 and baptised on 4th June that year at St Leonard's, Eynsham, Oxfordshire.[1] The register notes that he was the illegitimate son of Elizabeth.
Death
George died at the age of 10 and was buried at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough on 16th February 1832. [2]
Notes
No mention of the father is given on the baptism register. Since Elizabeth did not marry Stephen Smith until 18 months later I have not added him as the father. He was, however, buried with the surname Smith.
