Paul Chisarik
The Genealogy of Canada site lists two Louise Belangers as daughters of Joseph Francois and Angelique Sureau dit Blondin. However, the PRDH record for the baptism of this Louise has an illegible mother's maiden name (listed as XXXXX) so it is in question whether she is the daughter of this couple or of another Joseph Belanger married to a woman named Angelique (of which there appear to be several during this time).
