Biography

Fred Roy Beaty was born on 10 Aug 1924, possibly in Monroe County, Tennessee, USA. He was the son of Newton Henry Beaty and Mary Malita Daugherty.[1]

He married Judith Keeble.[1] Together they had one son, Jonathan K., and adopted one daughter, Renee.[1]

Fred was a genealogist and self-published "Descendants of Josiah Daugherty" in April 1986, a report on his research into his third-great-grandfather through his maternal grandfather.[2]

He died on 20 Jan 2022 at his home in Madisonville, Monroe, Tennesssee, USA.[1] He was buried with military honors in Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Alcoa, Blount, Tennessee, USA.[1]
