Sylvan Eugene Beasimer was born February 3,1914, Hopewell Junction a hamlet in the Town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York. ^[1] He was the son of Sylvan Lewis Beasimer and Addie R. Van Tassell.

Syvan married Isabell Dorward, July 13, 1963, Hyde, Lawrence Townchip, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. ^[2] They do not appear to have had children.

He passed away in October 5, 1968, Dutchess County, New York.^[3] He's buried in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill, Dutchess County, New York. ^[4]
