William H Beardsley was born about January, 1865 in Pennsylvania, United States, son of Isaac Beardsley (~1833–1885) and Electa Loomis (1840–1872).

In 1880, Wm (16), Farm Laborer, in Columbia, Bradford, Pennsylvania, USA. [1]

William (31) married Etta May Richardson (19) (born in August, 1876 in Rutland Township, Tioga, Pennsylvania; daughter of Nehemiah F Richardson and Ann (Gustin) Richardson) in 1896 in Corning, NY.[2] Their children were:

In 1900, William (26), was a married head of household, Day Laborer In Tanery, in Troy, Bradford, Pennsylvania. [3]

William died on January 17, 1919 in Elmira, New York, United States, aged about 54.[4] [5] [6] He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, New York.

In their uncle William H. Loomis' will, William and his siblings David, Alice (Mrs. Burr Eugene Wood), and Mary (Mrs. Orrin Wheeler) each received 100 shares of preferred stock of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fee Railroad. The stock was worth $10,000 in 1913. The income from each block of 100 shares was to be $500 a year. At the death of the beneficiaries the stock would have gone to their heirs.
