Biography
Elijah was born at Hingham 7 July 1714. He was the son of Joshua and Susanna Beal.[1]
He first married March 15, 1737-38, Sarah Jones, daughter of Thomas and Catherine (Caswell) Jones.[1]
He married secondly, May 31, 1757, Rachel Hobart, daughter of David and Rachel (Low) Hobart.[1]
He died 11 Jan. 1789.[1]
Constable in 1750.[1]
Resided at West Hingham.[1]
