Alta May Baxter was born on October 4, 1908 in Oklahoma, United States, daughter of John Edward Baxter (1887–1949) and Maggie Mae Mitchell (~1888–1974).[1]
Alta married Alfred George Mansell (born on November 13, 1905).
Alta died on February 19, 2007 in Santa Barbara CA, aged 98. She was buried in Santa Barbara Cemetery, Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County, California.[1]
