Biography
Edward Batten was an attorney at Bristol in Gloucestershire in 1623. [1] He was brother of Thomas Batten of East Garston in Berkshire. [2][3]
Edward died in 1638. A summary of his last will and testament is given in Genealogical gleanings in England.[4]
Research notes
If this Edward Batten was the same man as the attorney of Bristol he would have been almost 80 years old.
