Sydnie was born September 24 1914.She was the daughter of Judge Herbert Aubrey Hawthorne Barton Barton-13051 and Letiticia Bayly Siggs Siggs-27
Sydnie married Charles William Trafford in 1946 in Gisborne, New Zealand.
They had two children.
Sydnie died on April 3 2013 in her 99th year.

TRAFFORD , Sydnie. -- On 3 April 2013, after a brief illness. In her 99th year. Much loved wife of the late Charles, and much loved mother of Louise Egan, and Martin Trafford. Grandmother of Simon, Beverley, and Peter Trafford; Bridget, Jacquetta, and Hamish Egan; and greatgrandmother of 13.
