He was born May 11, 1865, and spent most of his life in that vicinity. He is survived by three sons, William of Ontario, Cal., Arthur of Yorkville, and George of Elgin, one daughter, Mrs. Irene Richards of Elburn: seven grandchildren; four brothers, George of Pauline, Neb, Charles and Jesse of Aurora, and John of Los Angeles; and two sisters, Mrs. Effie Noble and Mrs. Fanniee Goddell, both of Aurora. Private funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home, the Reverend Mr. Hoskings officiating. Interment in West Big Rock cemetery. 23 AUG 1939
