Biography

Frances Stearns Bartlett was born on April 15, 1894 in Stoneham, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Charles L and Elizabeth Stearns Bartlett. She had a sister Elizabeth, who married Charles F. Cummings in 1926.

Frances was a Red Cross Nurse who served two tours in France.

She passed away on October 16, 1918 from pneumonia due to influenza during the pandemic.

Frances was first buried in France, but three years later was moved to Hillside Cemetery in East Stoneham, Maine.
