Julia Bingham Bartlett was born on 17 November 1834 in New Plymouth, Vinton, Ohio, United States, daughter of Sylvanus Bartlett (1798–1849) and Amanda Bingham (1798–1881).

In 1900, Julia was living in household of Alexander Juniper (73 years) in Logan, Hocking. [7]

In 1910, Julia was living in household of Alander A Junipher (83) in Santa Monica Ward 6, Los Angeles, California. [8]

In 1920, Julia was living in household of John S Hunt (54 years) in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. [9]

Julia died on 25 October 1928 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, aged 93. She was buried in Hollywood Forever, Hollywood, Los Angeles County, California.[10]
