Biography

Paul was born in 1892 in Waltham, Massachusetts.^[1] He was the son of William and Julia Bartel. ^[1]

He graduated from Waltham High School in 1909, and from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. ^[2][3]

Paul was the president and general manager of J.L. Thomson Manufacturing in Waltham, Massachusetts. ^[3]

He died in 1953 at Penn Station in New York, and is interred at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham, Massachusetts.^[4]
