Milo was born in 1843 to George Edward Barnum and Clara Cleveland. Milo enlisted in Company B of the 103rd OVI on 9 Aug 1862. He mustered out with the company on 12 Jun 1865. He passed away in 1919. Milo was active in Royal Dunham Post No. 177, DAR, Bedford. He died 24 Jun 1919 at his home at 893 Broadway, Bedford, Ohio.
