Sir John Bardolf, 3rd Lord Bardolph was born on 13 January 1313 at Wormgay, Cantley, Caistor, & Fincham, Norfolk, England.[1][2][3]
Birth
Born: 13 January 1313.
Multiple IPMs of his father across multiple counties variously give his age as 16, 17, 18 and 19.[4] The most precise, taken on Tuesday 30 January 1330, gives his age as being aged 17 on the day of St. Hilary (January 13) last. This would give him a birth date of 13 January 1313. The narrow consensus of the IPMs is that he was 17 in 1330 with 4 saying he was aged 16, 6 aged 17, 4 aged 18 and 4 aged 19. There appears to be no proof of age or livery of lands which would help confirm that he was 17 years old in 1330 vs 16, 18 or 19.
Marriage & Children
He married Elizabeth Damory, daughter of Sir Roger Damory, Lord Damory, Constable of St. Briavels, Corfe, & Knaresborough Castles and Elizabeth de Clare, before 25 December 1327. They had 1 son & 2 daughters:[1][2][3][5][6]

Death
He died on 29 July 1363 at Assisi, Perugia, Umbria, Italy, at age 49.[1][2][3]
On 6 May 1365, a decision was made regarding his lands, namely "To John atte Lee steward of the lands of Queen Philippa. Order to pay to the prior and brethren of the order of St. Mary of Mount
Carmel and to the convent of Bishops Lenne the arrears of a yearly
rent of ten quarters of wheat and ten quarters of barley from the
death of John Bardolf of Wirmegeye tenant in chief, and to pay the
same henceforth until the lawful age of his heir, according to the
said John's grant, as it has been paid heretofore ; as by inquisitions
taken by the king's command of the said John's lands, which are in
the king's hand by his death and by reason of the nonage of his heir,
and in the said queen's wardship of the king's grant, it is found that
John in his life time with the king's licence by charter granted that
rent to the said prior and brethren and their successors, to be taken
at All Saints of his manor of Stowe co. Suffolk (sic), for the soul of the
grantor and of his ancestors."

The daughter Cecily probably does not belong here, I have searched and not found her in secondary sources. Richardson does not name her in Magna Carta Ancestry?: A Study in Colonial and Medieval Families. 2nd ed. Salt Lake City, UT.: Douglas Richardson., 2011, p.102. She appears in user trees but they are all unsouced. She could have been confused with other Cecily Bardolf's of the 1300s, I have put a note on her profile.
