Biography

Edgar was born in 1884 in Halifax in Yorkshire, England.^[1] He was the son of Frederick Barker and Lavinia Whiteley.^[2] He married Ellen Bottomley on 6 August 1910.^[3] He passed away in 1947.^[4]
